Young Voices empowers the next generation of PR professionals through mentorship, skill transfer, and hands-on experience. As Africa’s youth drive the continent’s rapid growth, our young protégés stand ready to seize unprecedented opportunities and shape the future of PR in Africa’s thriving markets. 

Our Young Voices participants take on an important responsibility in their roles as junior judges at the annual PRISM Awards. While these junior judges don’t make final decisions, they provide invaluable insights from a youth perspective. Their comments are carefully considered by senior judges, ensuring a holistic evaluation that bridges generational viewpoints. 

This programme not only nurtures emerging talent but also ensures that PRISA remains at the forefront of evolving PR trends and perspectives, continually refreshing our industry’s approach and impact.

At PRISA, we’re committed to nurturing talent and driving industry growth. Our partnership with the Services SETA (Sector Education and Training Authority) opens doors to the bourgeoning world of opportunities in Africa’s rapidly scaling public relations and communications sector.
